1. Service Provider

rfeqi.sa and RFEQI services are provided by Saad Mohammed Saad Alqahtani (سعد محمد سعد القحطاني), based in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Issued by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development.

2. Acceptance

By accessing the website or using RFEQI services, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or service.

3. Nature of the Service

RFEQI is a daily mobility companion that helps users compare route options and departure times. Information and recommendations are estimates and may change with road conditions and data sources.

This is a suggestion; the final driving decision is yours.

RFEQI is not a navigation application and does not replace traffic signs, official instructions, or the driver’s assessment of actual conditions.

4. Safety

• Do not use your phone by hand while driving.
• Always prioritise safety, traffic signs, and official instructions.
• The service is not an emergency service.
• Do not rely on recommendations to guarantee arrival at a specific time.

5. Eligibility and Account

The service is intended for users aged 18 or older. You must provide accurate information, protect your login method and verification code, and report unauthorised use.

6. Acceptable Use

You may use the service for lawful personal travel. You may not attack or disrupt it, scrape its data, impersonate others, track people unlawfully, resell outputs, or violate Saudi law.

7. Privacy

Data is handled under our Privacy Policy. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.

8. Intellectual Property

The website, application, name, logo, Khawyi character, content, and software are owned by or licensed to the Provider. Application use is also governed by the EULA.

9. Third-Party Services

Some functions may depend on mapping, traffic, messaging, and language-model providers. Availability is subject to those providers.

10. Fees

The informational website is free. If paid services are introduced, prices and payment, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms will be shown before purchase.

11. Warranty and Liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee traffic data, estimates, uninterrupted service, or arrival times. The user makes the final driving decision. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Suspension and Changes

Access may be suspended for breach, harm to the service, or an official request. These Terms may be updated when the service or legal requirements change.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Governing law: the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Jurisdiction: the competent courts of Riyadh.
