End User Licence Agreement

1. Licensor

The Licensor is Saad Mohammed Saad Alqahtani (سعد محمد سعد القحطاني), based in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This Agreement governs the licence to use the RFEQI application and related services.

Issued by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development.

2. Licence Grant

The Licensor grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable licence to use the application for personal, non-commercial purposes on your devices. This is a licence, not a sale.

3. Restrictions

1. Do not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works.
2. Do not reverse engineer or extract source code except where law permits.
3. Do not rent, sell, or make the application available for another party’s account.
4. Do not remove ownership, brand, or safety notices.
5. Do not scrape data or bypass security controls.
6. Do not use the application to build a competing service or train another AI model.
7. Do not use it unlawfully.

4. Safety

Driving is your responsibility. The final decision is yours.

Do not hold or operate your phone while driving. Recommendations are estimates. Actual conditions, traffic signs, and official instructions take priority. The application is not an emergency service.

5. Intellectual Property

The application, code, design, text, Khawyi character, name, logo, models, and content are owned by or licensed to the Licensor. User data remains governed by the Privacy Policy.

6. Third Parties and Updates

The application may depend on app stores, maps, traffic, messaging, and open-source components. Their terms apply. The Licensor may provide security updates, fixes, and features, and some functions may require the latest version.

7. App Stores

If obtained through App Store, Google Play, or another store, the relevant store terms also apply. The store is not responsible for support or maintenance except as its terms require.

8. Warranty and Liability

The application is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by Saudi law. The Licensor does not guarantee traffic data, estimates, third-party availability, or arrival times. The liability terms in the Terms of Service apply.

9. Termination

The licence ends upon breach or account termination. You must stop using and remove the application. Terms that by nature survive termination remain effective.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The competent courts of Riyadh have jurisdiction, following an attempt at amicable resolution.

11. General

• The Arabic version prevails in case of conflict.
• If one term is unenforceable, the remainder stays effective.
• You may not assign the licence without written consent.
• This Agreement is read with the Terms and Privacy Policy.
